## Narrative

Miner was in the process of grouting cablebolts when the grout tube burst and he was sprayed in both eyes with fluidized portland type 3 cement. The filing of this report is late due to safety management changes at East Boulder during this time period and this injury was thought to have already been submitted. Found this mistake 08/15/05.
