EMPLOYEE WAS BOLTING MINE TOP IN #6 ENTRY AND A ROCK FELL FROM TOP, STRIKING EMPLOYEE IN THE UPPER BACK / NECK AREA CAUSING BRUISING AND SORENESS. THERE WERE NO FRACTURES OR LACERATIONS.
