A roof fall was discovered at approx 2:00 pm at 149 block #5 entry. Main west- this area is out by active workings, mined during 1969, bolted with 5' conventional and supplemental 10' point anchors. Measured approx 6-7 feet high by 16-20 ft long 25; wide. No injuries, did not affect vent or travel.
