## Narrative

Employee was fabbing a spool for #2 ESP dust line.  He lifted his welding shield and wiped the sweat off of his face with his shirt sleeve.  He said it felt like something was in his right eye.  He started to rub his eye thinking he could remove it.  By rubbing it, he made it worse.  Washed his face & was taken to medical department.  Was then sent to company doctor.
