## Narrative

Employee was drilling limestone shot holes when a 14' drill steel broke. He retrieved steel from the hole to replace it. As he attempted to remove drill bit from coupler, the broken steel slid down trapping his hand under drill bit against the ground. He cut his right index finger requiring 8 stitches.
