## Narrative

Employee had removed worn piece of belt skirting 16' x 8"". Employee was feeding the skirting over a rail when he felt a 'pop'. Employee continued work pain free, but the area was swollen the next shift. Took him to Doctor, examination showed tear in pulley of tendon right hand middle finger. Surgery repaired 8/19/05 released with restrictions for 2 weeks.
