## Narrative

Temporary service worker was walking pas the GET (ground engaging tool) bay during the process of changing a side protector on a CAT 922G loader bucket. While striking the protector loose (using a sledge hammer), a piece of metal from the side of the protector ""flew off"", striking the worker in the upper right thigh and lodging itself.
