## Narrative

Employees were pulling a 250'-14"" PVC Water pipe. They were pulling the pipe between a stationary pipe and another length of pipe using the rear bucket of a backhoe.  As the pipe compressed between the stationary stand it popped out and struck the injured employee below his knee.
