At end of shift Ee complained to supervisor that his shoulder hurt. Said it had been hurting for weeks. Commented that when held water blaster lance over his shoulder that it became tender. Requested to be seen by a doctor to determine what was wrong. Restriction may or may not effect his performance - reaching or working above shoulders. Question reportability,
