Narrative

EE taking bolt out of the belly pan on 980 f loader when the belly pan slipped and fell on his left middle finger causing the finger to split open. He had to have surgery to clean the finger and check for any other damage. No other damage was found. The dr's then sewed the finger up and sent him home with time off.
