## Narrative

Supervisor was cleaning out a belt bearing housing with a screwdriver and he lacerated his little finger. Cause of this injury was not wearing gloves.  Rules were a factor, protective clothing was a factor, mining equip/systems not a factor, miner attitude a factor.
