Employee picked up a 1-1/2"" water hose with a spray nozzle attached to it and began pulling it up some stairs. As he started pulling, his finger came in contact with the end of the hose clamp. As his finger passed over it, the clamp caused a 1"" laceration of his left index finger. Employee was taken to POH Medical Ctr where he was given a tetanus shot and 4 stitches.
