ON 8/19/05 EE VISITED SPECIALIST, BUT A DIAGNOSIS COULD NOT BE GIVEN DUE TO SWELLING. MARFOLK SAFETY WAS UNABLE TO CONTACT INJ EE UNTIL 8/25/05 TO GET RESULTS.
