Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING RIB BOLT. HIS GLOVE GOT HUNG ON BOLT, TWISTING HIS GLOVE OFF DISLODGING HIS 4 AND 5 FINGERS ON LEFT HAND. SURGERY WAS REQUIRED TO RESET FINGERS WITH SUTURES.
