Narrative

EE states that on 08/27/05 he got some caustic on his left leg. On 09/02/2005, after his four regularly scheduled off days, he reported to his supervisor that he had a caustic burn on his left leg. The burn had become infected and the plant physician prescribed an antibiotic for treatment of the burn.
