## Narrative

The employee was using a hammer to dislodge a broken ""U"" joint from a drive shaft in a vise. He was wearing eye and hand protection. While hammering, a piece of metal ""flaked"" off and struck him in the belly left of the belly button. The hole from the metal was less than the size of a pin point. Unable to control the bleeding, the employee was transfered to the E.R.
