## Narrative

The radial arm saw has 12' rollers on each side of it. Employee put a 10' 2""x4"" on the rollers on the left side of the saw. With his left hand he grabbed the 2""x4"" from the end closest to the running saw and tried to pull it into the saw. His hand slipped off and hit the blade on the running saw. He received multiple lacerations to two fingers on his left hand.
