Narrative

Employee was moving table from elevated position (approx. 18"") to packaging location; he tipped table toward him to place top of table on pallet to transport. He lost hold of table top, causing table to fall and land on top part (metatarsal) area of right foot. Table top was constructed of plate steel making it top heavy.
