## Narrative

EE, coworker & supervisor were removing guarding for the drag-flight conveyor after a malfunction.  Conveyor was locked out.  Coworker released one side of the guard, allowing the other side to drop down onto EE's index fingertip.  The injury was sustained directly behind the nail bed, just above the last joint, resulting in a deep laceration & clean fracture.
