An unintentional roof fall occurred at the Millennium Portal at survey tag #2138 in the No. 1 Entry of the 6 North longwall. The fall was approximately 35' long, approximately 18' wide and approximately 8-10' thick. The fall did not affect ventilation. The fall will not be cleaned up.
