EE WAS OPERATING A 4"" HAND GRINDER WHEN HE CONTACTED END OF PIPE SECTION THE GRINDER KICKED BACK, TRAVELING ACROSS HIS LEFT HAND, RESULTING IN 4 STITCH LACERATION TO THE TOP OF HIS LEFT MIDDLE FINGER. EE WAS WEARING GLOVES & GRINDER GUARD WAS IN PLACE
