## Narrative

Employee was changing a bottom roller behind the take-up unit at a belt drive. He went to move the come-a-longs and he lost his grip, the come-a-long fell striking his hand. Cause of this injury was poor body placement. Compliance with rules/regs was not a factor, protective equipment were being worn, miner knowledge could be a factor, mining equip/systems not a factor
