INDIVIDUAL WAS CUTTING A BELT WITH A UTILITY KNIFE.HE WAS CUTTING WITH A MOTION TOWARD HIS BODY WHEN THE KNIFE RELEASED FROM THE BELT. HE STRUCK HIS LEG WITH THE BLADE.
