Narrative

He stated he was chaning batteries, stepped on a rock , twisted his knee. On Monday, He tried to work thru the knee pain. History of problem with knee dating back to age 18. x-rays taken in the e.r. and interpreted by dr show no new injuries. Visible arthritis in the knee, reported to msha illness.
