## Narrative

Employee tripped over a 3"" toe plate while walking backwards giving hand signals to a crane operator. Employee fell on the existing catwalk bruising his knee, ribs, and shoulder. He was OK until a few days ago, decided to go back to the doctor on 9/15. Doctor put him on modified duty, but no modified duty is available, therefore it's a lost time.
