## Narrative

While splitting a piece of stone with a 4 lb. hammer and stone chisel, a metal fragment broke off the chisel puncturing employee's left wrist. Metal fragment was removed by a physician. Employee was placed on light duty for three workdays and returned to full duty on 9-20-05.
