## Narrative

Injured was attaching rigging to old conveyor section.  A piece of rust or scale came off of conveyor and entered the right eye of the injured.  Injured rubbed eye and removed foreign body, however, suffered abrasion to the eye in the process.  Injured was wearing eye protection at time of incident.
