## Narrative

Employee had been helping the snake crew brake down belt structure and put it on pallets and pulled belt from the DME.  He then took the belt truck back to the utility niche, when he arrived his lower back started to hurt down into his hips and legs.  He was taken to seek medical attention on 9/19/05.  He was put on restricted duty and will start physical therapy.
