## Narrative

3 pallets of 8""x8""x16"" cinder blocks were pushed out of the scoop bucket, the bands were cut on the top pallet in preparation to start building a stopping. EE brushed up against the blocks & 1 fell & struck him on his left foot. He was sent to the hospital for x-rays for precautionary measures. His little toe & toe next to it had a small fracture which made this reportable.
