## Narrative

EE was bolting in #5 place, installing the outside bolt when he noticed that the top directly behind him began to drop and fall out. He attempted to get out of the way but a piece of rock measuring approx. 3' by 2' wide & 1.5"" thick fell striking him on his left leg behind the knee. He was taken to ER where x-rays were negative. Referred to specialist diagnosed with bruised muscle.
