An unintentional roof fall occurred at the Millennium Portal at the 7 North Headgate Entry #1, Crosscut 45R at 2531 North. The fall was of unknown length, approx. 18' wide and of unknown thickness. The fall did not affect ventilation or passage of employees. The fall will not be cleaned up.
