## Narrative

On 9-13-2005, employee came into the office and explained he had been kneeling and using his hands to put the pleated cartridges in the #3 baghouse and felt pain in his lower back.  Employee explained that he hadn't been doing anything unusual. On 9-10-2005, employee stated his back was more painful. Arrangements were made for him to see a doctor.
