AN UNINTENTIONAL ROOF FALL OCCURRED AT THE GALATIA NORTH PORTAL AT CROSSCUT 14 IN THE FLANNIGAN UNIT, CROSSCUT LEFT. THE FALL WAS APPROX 20'L X 15'W X 7-8'THICK. THE FALL DID NOT AFFECT VENTILATION OR PASSAGE OF MEN. THE FALL WILL NOT BE CLEANED UP.
