## Narrative

Employee was servicing an RTD (rubber-tired dozer).  He removed the radiator cap and hot antifreeze sprayed out onto his right arm and face. Employee was transported to emergency room, diagnosed with 2nd and 1st degree burns, and referred to physical therapy. He was released to restricted duty.
