## Narrative

While conducting a time study, the employee's chevy was struck by a 730E Komatsu rock truck. The Suburban he was in came to rest on its top with the rock truck on top of it. Extraction took approximately 1 hour. Employee was treated and released from Caml Gen Div. and returned to work on his next scheduled shift.
