Narrative

Per call to K. Schreimer and Gordon Brown (plant manager): Actual date of accident unknown - occurred 6 mths ago. EE started restricted duty on 10/7/05. EE ""wrenched"" both shoulders but could not give specific date or incident. Condition became progressively worse over time. He will be having surgery for torn rotator cuffs in the future.
