Narrative

An unintentional roof fall occurred at the Galatia North Portal at the 13th West Longwall tailgate, 14,980'. The fall was approximately 20' long, approximately 18' wide and approximately 10' thick. The fall did not affect ventilation. The fall will be cleaned up.
