Narrative

The injured was securing wire screen to existing roof bolts on the 6 Miner track to allow it to be installed with supplemental roof support. As he was securing the screen a rock measuring 30"" x 28"" x 4' fell from the roof onto the screen striking his left small finger causing a fracture. The area had been scaled down immediately prior to this
