EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING A STOP ON END OF LOW STRUCTURE FOR A BRIDGE SYSTEM. THE STOP TURNED OVER AND CAUGHT THE EMPLOYEE'S FINGER BETWEEN IT AND THE ROLLER.
