Narrative

While operating a shear, the employee lost balance causing his hand to slide under the guard, resulting in the tip of his right fifth finger being crushed by the hold down ram. **Employee received additional treatment resulting in lost time. Employee returned to work 4-18-06 with 13 days lost.**
