## Narrative

Emp was walking by loader in the 1225 shop, when his left shoulder rubbed against the cab of the loader. A metal sliver embedded in his upper left arm on the tricep-bicep transition area. He was transported to er for eval, doctor required to slit open skin to remove the sliver. No sutures necessary, emp released to full duty.
