Narrative

Employee was working in R-25 rod mill bldg. & sustained an eye injury that required the use of prescription medication. He received the prescription after he was sent to the hospital for further evaluation. He was lowering his welding hood when a fan blew something into his left eye. There was dust behind him & in front of the fan.
