## Narrative

Dragline mechanic was changing out drag cables and bucket on the #16 dragline. The drag cables were being secured to the drum inside the dragline. The mechanics were installing the last pin. The pin slipped out of the mechanic's hand, fell and pinched the his left ring finger between the pin and equalizer bar resulting in a slight fracture.
