## Narrative

Employee lifted a box (weight approx. 25--30 lbs) from a shelf, turned to carry it to his pickup, and felt pain in lower back.   Neither first aid nor medical attention was sought.  Pain continued, and on October 19, 2005 he reported that he was receiving chiropractic treatments.  To date neither time nor wages have been lost.
