Narrative

Bolter was bolting the#5 Entry inby Xcut Station 4 + 84. They were on their 4th row in the Face of #5 of a 20' cut. The bolTters went to the back of machine then heard the roof working over the bolter. Then they started to crib around bolter, the roof fell at Face #5 and into Xcut 5-6.
