EMPLOYEE WAS LOADING THE GLUE ON THE BOLTER WHILE HIS PARTNER WAS STILL PINNING. WHEN THE BOOM CAME DOWN IT CAUGHT HIS FINGER BETWEEN THE BOOM AND FRAME CAUSING A LACERATION TO HIS RIGHT PINKY FINGER.
