Narrative

RUNNING CABLE TOOLS, CAME OUT OF HOLE WITH TOOLS, MOVING TOOLS TO SIDE, RIG DID NOT LET TOOLS MOVE OVER. TOOLS CAME LOOSE ALL AT ONCE AND CAUGHT FINGER BETWEEN BOARD & TOOLS.
