A roof fall occured in the 1 Main East, crosscut #69, from the intersection of #3 entry through the intersection of #4 entry. The fall measured approximately 95'X19'X6'. The area was supported with 6' tension rebar bolts and the intersections xd-out with 9' mega bolts.
