## Narrative

Employee was shoveling coal mixed with rock onto the 1st 54 belt.  As he tried to handle a piece of rock in his shovel that was too big he strained his shoulder.  He went to a doctor but continued to work until results of an MRI revealed a torn ligament which would require surgery.  He began to miss work on November 2. 2005.
