## Narrative

Emp was walking out the South entrance of the crusher, where there is a dirt ramp exiting the building. The dirt ramp has a 6"" drisco pipe running through it for drainage. The water had undercut the ramp alongside the drisco drain. As emp walked down the ramp, the area above the pipe gave way, causing her right leg to fall into a hole approximately 12-18 inches deep.
